Trajectories of Worktime Control From Midlife to Retirement and Working Beyond Retirement Age

Abstract The extent to which long-term individual-oriented flexibility in working hours is associated with beyond retirement age not known. aims of the present study were identify trajectories worktime control (WTC) and examine whether membership WTC was individual’s pensionable age. A total 1,953 older employees participated had data up 16 years before Group-based latent trajectory modeling used Cox proportional hazard regression models associations duration employment.
